    Dolomedes albineus (Pisauridae)

Nice find! This looks like a whitebanded fishing spider (Dolomedes albineus).

Fishing spiders are hunting spiders that don't use webs to catch prey. Despite their common name, some fishing spiders are found far from water. The terrestrial species often lie in wait on vertical surfaces; they primarily feed at night.

They can grow quite large, but no species of fishing spider is dangerous or aggressive (unless you're a bug).
