This lovely spider decided to make a huge web on my back patio. I've already accidentally half-destroyed it twice. She has built a little home in some leaves of a tree limb attached to her web by lacing webbing around the leaves to pull them into a rough funnel. She hides in there during the day and comes out at night. She's huge, probably about 2" long and doesn't look anything like the typical black and yellow orb weaver garden spiders we usually see around here. I live in Pine Bluff, Arkansas. And here's the picture of her!
